Pricing

Because each experience is customized, pricing varies based on group size, location, materials, and event requirements. Private lessons, Paint Your Pet experiences, family gatherings, corporate events, charity events, children's classes, senior programs, and special group experiences are quoted individually.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your date and secure your event. Deposit amounts vary based on group size and event type and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Lea Art Studio. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Travel Fees

Travel within Aspen is included.

Additional locations are available upon request and may require a travel fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and flexibility is important. If you need to reschedule, please provide as much advance notice as possible so a new date can be arranged. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative date.

Materials

All art supplies are provided for every experience, including canvases, paints, brushes, palettes, and any additional materials needed for the session. Participants do not need to bring anything — just themselves and their creativity.

For Paint Your Pet experiences, participants are encouraged to share a clear photo of their pet in advance so a custom sketch can be prepared on their canvas before the session begins. Digital photos sent ahead of time work best.

Custom Events

Every event is designed around your group, occasion, and creative goals. Whether you're planning a Paint Your Pet party, a family reunion activity, a corporate team-building experience, a charity fundraiser, a children's workshop, or a private celebration, the experience can be fully customized to fit your vision.

Custom events can be hosted at private homes, vacation residences, resorts, corporate offices, community spaces, and outdoor venues throughout Aspen, Snowmass, and the Roaring Fork Valley. Themes, subjects, group sizes, and session lengths are all flexible.
